Managed AI Execution · ongoing company-level delivery

Keep building on what works.

After the first useful workflow, keep the progress going. We help your team choose the next opportunity, build and support the systems, and measure what improves. Each iteration leaves your people better equipped for the next one.

Find the right starting point

Share the systems already deployed, current workflow queue, internal owners, support burden, and where work stalls today. We will tell you whether the demand justifies an ongoing execution cadence.

§ 01The engagement

What you leave with

Included

  • Recurring opportunity and workflow review tied to operating priorities
  • A sequenced implementation queue with owners, dependencies, evidence gates, and stop rules
  • Product, architecture, build-versus-buy, vendor, and integration decisions
  • Governance for sources, permissions, evaluations, approvals, observability, and incidents
  • Workflow-owner and adoption support after systems enter daily use
  • Value ledger and concise leadership decision readout
  • Explicitly contracted delivery capacity and coordination of specialist work

Not included

  • Unlimited engineering throughput or 24/7 support unless explicitly contracted
  • A vague transformation retainer with no ranked queue or current operating demand
  • Replacement of internal IT, security, compliance, or functional ownership
  • A promise that every active idea advances or every deployed system scales

§ 02How the work moves

How does the work move?

Phase 01

Maintain the queue

Keep workflow demand, operating priorities, active systems, owners, dependencies, and current evidence visible enough for leadership to make real tradeoffs.

Phase 02

Sequence and govern delivery

Shape the next gate, allocate explicit capacity, coordinate implementation, run evaluations, and keep approvals, observability, and adoption attached to the work.

Phase 03

Review evidence and reallocate

Compare usage, exceptions, cost, operating outcomes, support burden, and strategic importance; scale useful work and pause or retire the rest.

Who this is for

Is this the right fit for us?

A good starting point

  • At least one workflow system in use or a completed sprint with a real owner
  • A recurring queue of operating demand that leadership wants sequenced
  • An executive sponsor willing to make tradeoffs and stop weak work
  • Workflow and adoption owners who can carry changes into daily operations
  • A need for coordinated product, AI, engineering, governance, and evidence capacity

When another path fits better

  • No active workflow demand or no first implementation evidence
  • Wanting access to Tyler rather than a repeatable delivery system
  • No authority to set priorities, grant access, or change the workflow
  • Expecting a fixed monthly fee to absorb arbitrary software requests

FAQ

What operators ask about Managed AI Execution.

01Why is this not called an AI Operating Partner?

The AI Operating Partner is Sprinter's portfolio-level partnership and lives here on Consulting. Managed AI Execution is the company-level delivery model: one operating company, a sequenced queue, explicit capacity, named workflow owners, and evidence tied to leadership decisions.

02Do we need a completed sprint first?

Usually. Ongoing execution makes sense when the company has demonstrated real demand for a recurring queue and can support ownership, access, adoption, and governance. A retainer should not be the first attempt to discover whether any useful work exists.

03Is build capacity included?

Only the capacity explicitly stated in the agreement. Strategy, operating cadence, product and architecture decisions, governance, adoption support, and delivery orchestration are distinct from material engineering throughput. Hidden unlimited capacity is not a credible commercial model.

04Who owns the engagement?

Every engagement names its delivery owner in the signed scope, and the cadence, product, workflow, AI, engineering, evaluation, adoption, and reporting work is assigned before kickoff rather than assumed. Tyler sets the method and the quality bar; senior delivery leads carry execution as the practice grows.

05How is renewal decided?

The company reviews the queue, delivered evidence, adoption state, value ledger, support burden, and upcoming demand. Renewal is justified by operating work and evidence, not by maintaining access to an advisor.
